Why You Should Work With Me
I work at the intersection of mental wellbeing and performance.
I’m a certified mindfulness teacher with a specialization in stress and workplace wellbeing, and trained in trauma-informed therapy with a focus on stress, anxiety, and behavioral patterns.
Previous to this, I’ spent 5 years working hands-on with team development - co-founding a successful teambuilding company, developing concepts, and working directly with clients and groups.
I’ve worked with organisations ranging from smaller companies to large corporates and public institutions, delivering teambuilding and mindfulness-based workshops across different contexts.
I’ve also been part of scaling two startups, with a strong focus on people, onboarding, and building culture from the inside.
My work today is about making complex things simple and applicable - translating knowledge into tools that people can actually use in their everyday work.
With experience in both individual work and group facilitation, I create spaces where people feel comfortable, engaged, and able to participate - regardless of background or prior experience.
My approach is always grounded, practical, and adapted to the people in the room.
